Phase 01

Fit-Check

Before committing to any engagement, we run a structured fit-check. This is a focused session where we define the system challenges, identify pressure points, and establish measurable outcomes. The purpose is to confirm whether there is a genuine, solvable problem — and whether we are the right firm to address it.

Phase 02

Validate

4–6 weeks

The Validate phase is a focused sprint. We tackle the hardest problem first — the one that, if solved, unlocks everything else. This phase produces actionable system concepts, architecture blueprints, or working prototypes that prove the approach works before you invest in full-scale delivery.
