About Fit-Check and our process
What is a Fit-Check?
A Fit-Check is a structured 20-minute session where we explore your pressures, constraints, and desired outcomes. It helps both of us understand whether there is a genuine fit before committing to a longer engagement.
How long does a typical engagement last?
After the Fit-Check, we move into a Validate phase lasting 4-6 weeks, focused on solving your hardest problems and producing actionable prototypes. From there, we can scale solutions across your organisation on an ongoing basis.
